About Jackson Waldhoff
Jackson grew up in Kyoto, Japan, then moved to Hawaii as a young teenager. Jackson used music as a way to overcome language and social barriers.
After graduating with a degree in Audio Engineering from the University of Hawaii, Jackson began working closely with artist Jake Shimabukuro.
Since then Jackson has assisted in projects with Alan Parsons, Jack Johnson, Billy Strings, Vince Gill, Jesse Colin Young, Ron Artis, Moon Taxi.
Jackson has recorded at Abby Road Studio, and performed with Boulder Philharmonic Orchestra, Fort Wayne Philharmonics, Hawaii Symphony, as well as contemporary artists Mick Fleetwood, Mac McAnally, Sonny Landreth, Keb Mo, Sam Bush, Taku Hirano, Fiji, Henry Kapono, and many other talented musicians from Hawaii and around the world.
